    I had sent photos of my face intending to start using Dermatica products and was waiting for the dermatologist team to review the photos and send me my tailored skincare products - However, they got back in touch and informed me that I had dermatitis and that they wanted me to contact my doctors first before starting Dermatica. The fact that they made me aware of a skin condition I didn't know I was suffering from and looked out for me by not sending over products to make my skin worse meant quite a lot to me. They could have easily glossed over it, sent over products and taken my money but instead they chose to be upfront and honest. Shows to me that they genuinely care about their customer’s skin.     Been using dermatica for 3 months and, so far, no improvement. I can actually say my melasma has darkened and my skin seems to be purging for a while now, despite me following all the indications. When I have contacted the team for further advice, I received a quite generalised answer that didn't answer to all my worries. Had really high expectations and, so far (and unfortunately) , they haven't been matched.
