Good customer service and the doctor takes the time to review your situation. As the treatment is still ongoing I cannot put 5 stars (depends on the outcome of my procedure) but as an overall experience its good. The products are there only for recommendation purposes and I havr never felt that they were pushing products for sale.

I had an initial consultation with Dr Hiba regarding a scar on my cheek. - Since I walked in, I felt she couldn't wait to get over it as quickly as possible. - On top of a scar-reduction cream and sunscreen, she prescribed me a cream to treat rosacea for the thread veins around my scar. When I asked if the cream would reduce the veins permanently, she answered: "I don't know. For rosacea is only temporary, I don't know what it'd do for thread veins". Fortunately, I didn't buy the cream since the brand's website states the cream makes thread veins even more visible due to surface redness reduction. - I was developing some red patches on my nose, and I asked her for her opinion since my GP prescribed me a cream with no improvement. She barely looked at it and said: "I don't see anything. Whatever they gave you is working". I had a consultation with an NHS nurse the week after, and at a glance, she could diagnose and gave me a cream that is now working. - I forgot to ask her if using a cleanser and moisturiser on my scar was safe, so I emailed the clinic the next day. Never replied.

Dr Hiba and her team provide an excellent service from start to finish. I had a small facial skin procedure (delicate under eye area) and received excellent, professional care with expert medical treatment to ensure the best way forward to correct the issue. Dr Hiba is very knowledgeable and has a lovely, gentle and reassuring manner with patients. Nurse Manuella ensures patients are comfortable and provides wonderful aftercare. I have virtually no visible marks after the procedure and my skin has healed extremely well due to Dr Hiba’s precise and intricate work. Thank you so much Dermasurge Team. Highly recommend.
