PLEASE AVOID!! I am very annoyed that I am having to write this review as I have been given false hope since my first consultation with this individual (Dr Linda). When I look back at my skin prior to starting my skincare journey, my skin looked so much better. My main issue was spots leaving dark marks which is still my issue. The products and prescriptions did NOT work. Months later after following her advice I now have dark patches and more dark spots on my face that were not there before and I am breaking out constantly! (This was never the case before) You're honestly better off going to someone else, do not waste your money. Looking at other reviews I honestly understand other people’s frustration because the products that she recommends are very expensive and simply do not work. Also, can we talk about how bad her communication is? She would constantly ignore me for weeks and I would have to send follow up messages for her to respond, without her even acknowledging my prior messages. I sent my last message to her in the beginning of January, and she still has not responded. The skin care profession should not be taken lightly. You're dealing with people's skin for goodness sake! I will not be communicating with her going forward and I urge you to avoid her. Over £500 wasted!! I have been to a skincare specialist recently and they have said the products she told me to use have destroyed my skin barrier. I now have to start my skin care journey again.

I was suffering from hyperpigmentation and a very bad rashes on my face ,feeling very possitive now thanks to Dr Linda for giving me the best advice and best skin treatment .My face cleared up within a few months with a great and glowing result in so little time.I would definitely recommend Dr Linda at Demanoir.

I diligently used all products Dr Linda recommended which all tallies up to roughly £500 all to see absolutely no results (if anything, skin is worse). No clear directions for use and a message saying the clinic is now closed so cannot contact her anymore. Do not recommend.

I'm quite surprised by the recent slew of one star reviews for this clinic, and I'm very suspicious they're not real because some of what they're saying simply couldn't be further from the truth. Dr Linda has been treating my acne and hyperpigmentation for the last few months and I've been happy with the service I've received. I'm still undergoing treatment but have made good progress and always received good advice and timely responses from Dr Linda. I'm black African and have dark skin, and this clinic provides an affordable and high-quality service from a specialist who really knows her stuff and cares about her patients. I've already recommend the clinic to several friends for a variety of their skin issues and those who have engaged the clinic have been happy with their results. Thank you Dr Linda!

Bad customer service. Being told the wrong days for delivery meaning I had to travel very far to collect them from the depot. Very slow response time and not much help whilst doing the treatment (despite being told at the consultation that I could send a message in case of bad reactions my skin may have or questions I may have). Wouldn't recommend.

Overall very disappointed with the products and services provided. After initial paid consultation with Dr Linda, I used the prescribed products diligently over a period of 3 months to treat hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. A couple weeks into the treatment I flagged to Dr Linda that my skin was reacting badly to the products namely lots of redness, burning and further discolouration of skin and requested guidance on what to do - dosage, frequency of use etc. Products provided were from ZO Skin Health (Obagi) & separate prescription cream with hydroquinone. I also raised concern that the instructions of use provided in the skin routine for the products were not detailed enough and did not give scope for different skin types, if you had a break out etc. Dr Linda gave some direction over message, but would not give proper guidance otherwise, without me paying for additional consultation sessions. (£50 for 10 mins!) I mentioned that I just needed clarity on use and reaction to products. I appreciate that time is money however, if clients raise concerns consistently about products and side effects - it is good customer service to take the time to address this properly and put them at ease! Not only that, but my skins response to the treatment for hyperpigmentation was temporary and skin is even darker now all over my face with permanent darker spot that were not there before. I continually asked Dr Linda for additional and clearer guidance on use of products and sent multiple photos each week. I’m really disappointed by this. I would not recommend her service or products used as a result; as a claimed professional dermatologist charging for services and products to the tune of £300+, this is unacceptable and not professional at all. And as a caution to others, always get a second opinion - it is your face and skin and if you do not feel comfortable using products (due to lack of proper guidance), trust your instincts & stop use immediately. The dermatology profession should not be taken lightly especially as it has to do with your skin (face especially). I wanted to support this business, but was left sorely disappointed and concerned.

I was very optimistic about this service reading earlier reviews, but disappointed with the lack of follow up and responsiveness once I had completed my course of treatment. The product itself was not cheap and I didn't see much change or impact.

Really bad experience. I waited two weeks for an order that never came. I was given no option of tracked delivery even though my items cost near to £400. I would avoid this service if you don't feel like continually chasing your dermatologist and having to guess whether your product has actually shipped or not. The most stressful experience I've had so far with accessing a skin service and Dr Linda never took any responsibility for the service or her complete lack of communication. I'm currently awaiting my refund three weeks later. Please avoid and go elsewhere for a better service.

Extremely happy I found dermanoir! My skin was suffering from hyperpigmentation from ingrown hairs on my cheeks and pomade spots on my forehead. after being reviewed and treated I saw results within days, I couldn’t believe how fast the turnaround was and was so much more affordable than most dermatologists Iv looked at, within under two weeks most of my hyperpigmentation was gone. I now realise how important it is to go to a dermatologist that specialises in ethnic skin and will definitely be using them from now on. After a month my face was completely cleared up, even my friend and family can’t believe how fast my appearance changed.

Dr Linda is a master in her field. This has been the highest quality of information I have received to date regarding my possible issue. I have been incorrectly treated for an ambiguous nail condition that my GP cannot detect however Dr Linda has been able to map every possible cause of my condition. Most importantly this in-depth diagnosis and advice was delivered in less than an hour of viewing the issue. Very proficient and handled my case with care! Thank you Dr!
