Left several messages and emails for his PA Mandy weeks ago - she didn’t bother responding to any of them. That’s just rude. If you don’t have any appointments then put that on your website rather than say she will ‘usually respond in 12 hours’. People are in need of help not chasing up things like this. Avoid.
