(Thanks) I got my appointment wrong and turned up way early, luckily Derek was able to fit me in to his busy schedule and explained every change needed to make the chair adapt to my needs, as well as NHS personal budget I could put towards a more expensive chair, with me making up the difference in the overall cost. Easy wheelchair access (I know it's wheelchair services!) Thanks again guys.
