Absolutely awful, the "doctors" make you feel stupid, they rush to get to the next patient. 3 times coming here due to my usual gp not having appointments and every time I've got a second opinion because they rush and give a false diagnosis or fob you off saying nothing is wrong with you. Training is definitely needed!! Finally managed to get an appointment with an actual GP to be told that I clearly have an infection, needed a 10 day course of antibiotics and they didn't know how anyone could of missed it!!

Very rude and dismissive nurses examining you. Total lack of empathy and understanding. Very quick to cut you off when you are explaining your symptoms.

111 got us an appointment here for a poorly 4 year old. She was seen promptly. I wish i remembered the doctors name who seen her as she was amazing with her. I THINK it was lisa and she is a asset to the nhs. I explained my child may have asd and selective mutation and my child was very reluctant to have her throat checked. The doctor was the most patient doctor ive ever came across. She did not rush my child and managed to take a look in her throat. Thank you so much to the doctor who seen my child today, your 1 in a million!

The triage team are not doing their job properly, absolutely appalled by their behaviour. I said I had my condition for two months but the last two days its getting a lot worse, and they noted it down as a long term issue and referred me to my gp. I came here because it was an emergency (111 had asked me to go) and my condition was getting worse quickly... and the triage team downplayed it because I guess they didn't want the work of a proper examination
