FAQ
What is the instructor-to-student ratio in each class?
At Derby Arena, we strive to provide quality instruction to our customers. Our indoor cycling classes have a maximum of 20 participants per instructor, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention during the class. For our other sports and hobbies classes, the ratio varies depending on the activity, but we always make sure that our instructors are able to give proper attention to each participant. What is the duration of each class and how often are they held?
The duration and frequency of our classes vary depending on the activity. For our indoor cycling classes, we offer sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, and they are held several times a day, 7 days a week. For our badminton courts, we offer court time in 1-hour increments, and they are available to book throughout the day. Our velodrome sessions are also available to book throughout the day and offer 1-hour sessions with experienced coaches.Do you provide rental bikes or do I need to bring my own?
For our indoor cycling classes, we have a fleet of high-quality bikes available for rent. We also offer helmet rentals for safety. If you prefer to bring your own bike, you are welcome to do so. For our velodrome sessions, we do not provide rental bikes, but we do have bike storage available if you bring your own. What is the cancellation policy for classes and is there a penalty fee?
We understand that things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel a class, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, there may be a penalty fee. The penalty fee varies depending on the activity and the circumstances, but we always strive to be fair and reasonable in our policies.Reviews

Note for Management. If you know there is an event, it would help if you kept your bar stock with what your product and price list say and not try and sneak blackcurrant cordial into a poured pint of cider
