They don't clean or vacuum the car properly. One usually has to clean areas that they've missed, and have to vacuum the carpets yourself after. They get away with it as there's no other car wash closer. They've increased prices, and still do a bad job... Sometimes the windows are dirtier after they've "cleaned" it.
