They sent someone out to fix my boiler the staff are very friendly and explain everything to you.they are most helpful and cant do enough for you.they have to order a part for my boiler so need to wait for it to come and they will fix it at no expense to me as I'm disabled and health problems.Where can you find such good people in todays world I was very overcome with there kindness and goodwill.Thankyou DEPHER
