Worst hospital I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, staff extremely rude, don't have the knowledge of any specialist treatments like diabetes care. Made me want to curl up in a ball and I wasn't even the bloody patient

The nurses and doctors forced my mother-in-law to take anti-psychotic medicines without diagnosing that she is actually psychotic, and said that if she refused to take them she would be kicked out. They have also banned any family members from contacting them because we were in doubts of what they were doing to my mother-in-law. Everyone on the phone was always extremely rude before we were banned to speak to them, and afterwards they would just hang up on us and refuse to speak to us. No one in the mental health department knows anything about side effects of the medicines they give out, and when we told them the side effects of the medicines which we read on NHS website, they told us that it's not true and they have never heard anything like that.

Needs more money. Staff uninterested in patients. Bullying allowed to go on with patients. Avoid this hospital.
