I’ve had the pleasure to partner with Neil for a number of years on a range of initiatives. Initially as a candidate, seeking guidance and interview opportunities to develop my career and skillset. And more recently, utilising the unique capabilities of both Neil and his team to appoint high-quality data professionals into organisations I've worked for. Neil is one of the best-placed recruitment directors across the non-profit sector. His track record of partnering organisations with excellent candidates is a testament to his ability to cultivate meaningful connections. The outcomes of his work are organisations perform better and exceed their objectives.

Poor communication skills. Contacted them for a vacancy I saw on The Guardian, as per the application details. They were quick to respond but shared the wrong job pack. When they did eventually share the right one (a week later/few days before the deadline), and I applied, I never heard back. Not even an outcome let alone feedback. Applications aren't quick - they ask unique questions which require detailed answers and time put into it, so not hearing on outcome or feedback is poor service. Kate Headford was the recruiter in charge of the vacancy in question.

I interacted with Jen & Kate - they were both professional, supportive and encouraging - couldn't ask for more from the experience. Thanks both!

They called me out of the blue asking me if it was a good time to talk, when I said no, they emailed me saying I failed the interview. I recommend you have a look at the lovely fake reviews as well, there are loads of them. Happy that I found out what kind of agency this is before working with them. I'll define spread the words...

Charity People have been really great. Within hours of registering I was contacted about a potential position. Advice was provided about adapting my CV to meet the needs of the role. Tiku was very helpful. There was a minor hiccup at the beginning around processing pay, but that was dealt with quickly. I now have a permanent position with the organisation that Charity People connected me with. Definitely recommend them.

I have been temping through this agency on and off since 2015 and they are always the ones that keep me in work. Zelda Leader I have known now since 2015 and Tatiana Ambrose in the last few years. They are fantastic and very supportive and have been to me. Berthe Biyak deals with payroll and other administration and I am always paid on time. Always processed on time and available on email to answer! Just a great agency.
