2 months out from the end of the Brexit transition period and I need a basic question about EORI compliance answered. I call the DIT number for general enquiries and I'm greeted with a message saying 'this user is declining certain types of calls' and then prompts me to leave a voice message without any answer........ON THE DIT's GENERAL ENQUIRIES LINE!!! GENERAL ENQUIRIES!!!!! Basically, they can't be arsed to answer the phone at the absolute peak of need. Very angry.
