I was recommended to Paul by a lady who had used his service before . Lovely man and appeared to be very professional . The repair job was done to a very, very poor standard and we were told he would be in touch to finish the work . If I could give no stars I would . I have the photos of his repair job but cannot upload . I never heard back , so I contacted him 4 weeks later . Sadly he had a family death so it was understandable. When I approached Paul he was very unprofessional and suggested at one point I was asking for money . I never did , as I had to repay another £300 to get the job he originally was paid to do rectified to an expected standard . Having looked at some of his lowest scored reviews it appears he seems to think people want their money back but they don’t they want the job done that they paid for … Sad really as he appeared to be a decent human .
