Had a denture from n h s dentist to painful to were even after going back loads of time but couldn’t get them fitted without causing me pain So went to Ian yes more expensive than n h s but worth every penny took lots of care to make them when they were ready Ian took lots of time and patience to get them fitting probably went out for a meal on the night no problem with eating my meal eat toast the next morning to say I’m very pleased is a understatement thanks ian

I had some dentures made by my nhs dentist but they caused me a lot of pain also could not eat properly I tried to return them but he had retired ,so I was recommended to Lee at the dental clinic in Halesowen he sorted some new dentures out for me I can now eat without losing them ,he was very caring and efficient. Can not praise this clinic enough. Contacted them on the Sunday as my mum had broken her denture. She suffered a stroke three years ago and gets herself a little flummoxed when asked information and she had a hospital appointment coming up, so having no top teeth, she was worrying about speaking at the hospital. Lee contacted me right back and offered to repair them the next day, which was bank holiday Monday. I didn’t want to interrupt someone’s holiday. Lee asked me to post them through the letterbox of the clinic and he would give them his full attention the next morning for my brother to collect the same day. Lee messaged me that morning and had them ready for Collection. We had a problem getting them, so Lee delivered them straight to my mother. My mother was so chuffed to have them back so quickly, especially with her hospital appointment. I didn’t even explain that she had a hospital appointment. This customer care is outstanding, I cannot thank them enough. First class service.
