    Second visit to sun hill lodges and it was as beautiful and quiet as we remembered. We stayed in pen hill lodge again and it didn’t disappoint. Stunning views from garden and hot tub and lodge is pure luxury. Thanks to Liam for our stable tour which was great . Love horses so was a treat being able to get close to them. Had the pleasure of talking to George who owns the property and stables with his wife Anne and he was very friendly. Will definitely be back for another visit soon.

    Absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable and peaceful. Every morning you can see horses and there is a small pond with ducks swimming. Scenery is fabulous and a nearby pub serves gorgeous fish and chips. Leyburn high street has interesting shops to visit.
