Worst dental practice I have used. They caused constant bleeding and pain from the tooth they worked on. Instead of fixing my tooth, more pain and damage caused. I would not recommend. They did offer money back but it was no where near the cost to fix the damage they caused. I would avoid this dentist at all costs.

A truly terrible experience at these guys. The reception had a guy who is overly rude and treats you like you are doing a favor coming to them. But the worse part I'd the dentist itself, I got a full assessment done and there was almost zero communication on what is wrong. They are just here to make money, and once you are done with the treatment, expect zero support as they will not entertain any help whatsoever.

The dentist had told me I’d only needed retainers for 3-4 months. A full 9 months later I’ve reached the end of my treatment. I wasn’t told at the start that the process was indefinite, which probably would have changed my whole decision. They were NOT HONEST AND UPFRONT at the start, and raised by hopes by giving me a fixed period for my teeth to be fully reshaped. I was fed lies the entire time, with my dentists constantly saying that it will soon be finished, and I’m disappointed with the treatment. The tooth I wanted fixing isn’t even in line with the rest after 9 months of 24hr use. They overcharged me last time but I’m too afraid to collect the refund because the MALE DENTIST IS VERY AGGRESSIVE. The female dentist is welcoming, but I still wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. The only positive I can draw was the sweet receptionist, who doesn’t seem to be working there anymore. Safe to say she was quicker than myself in realising how dire this practice really is.
