Unfortunately I’ve had a really bad experience with Identics. After my composite bonding, you are supposed to have a follow up 2-3 weeks after but I was informed my dentist was away training and therefore it was booked in for over a months time which was fine. But then I started getting severe gum pain and I requested an earlier appointment even if with another dentist which they booked in. The day before this they cancelled on me and we rescheduled for a few weeks time. Then the next appointment gets cancelled because of last minute annual leave? I’m sorry but patients shouldn’t be cancelled for annual leave, that should be planned in advance to not detriment the customer. And cancelled / postponed 3 times is unacceptable. There was no apology on any of the voicemails, just “we’ve had to move your appointment to ‘X’ date” without checking if that works for me. I live in Hastings and travel over 1.5 hours for my treatment and have been just totally left in the lurch. I’m not entirely happy with my teeth either, so when you’ve paid £3500 you would expect the follow up care to be extensive. But unfortunately they just took my money and treated me as unimportant. So my recommendation would be to go to alternative Tooth Club dentists and avoid Identics in Maidstone.

After a rocky 1st appointment when I had my consultation, the lady that did my consultation didn’t seem to know what she was doing with the payment it all felt a bit unprofessional. I feel much better now I’ve had my 2nd appointment the nurse was so sweet happy and chatty the dentist I saw was lovely really nice man I felt at ease and confident in them, can’t wait for my next appointment thank you.

what a lovely freindly welcome and staff - i had to use them for an emergency dental appointment for my tooth - they fitted me in very quickly very accommodating, very kind and freindly service - the Dentist was spot on, very professional and courteous - i sincerely highly recommend these guys and their wonderful freindly practice they have created. Well done All 10/10
