Used Paul maybe 5 or 6 times on a number of BMW I have had over the years. Paul is a very easy going likeable guy. He always hits out with his ' it might not be perfect' line - but it always is - he takes as long as it takes until he is happy, usually well beyond when I can see any dent left.
