Now looking back at my visit three months ago, I genuinely believe this practice is not as professional and act with an aim to collect quick money - almost like a scam. Without informing me of the cost, Xray was conducted, that cost 30 pounds. Together with the examination fee, it cost me 95 pounds; while other practices offer the consultation for free. I am not sure if I'm alone here, but this visit is quite disappointing to me. ..... I was searching online to pick up my invisalign work, and accidentally found the reply from the owner below. TRUTH IS: THEY SAID THEY'D CONTACT ME, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY TEXT/EMAIL, EXCEPT FOR ADVERT! Apparently, when Dentexcel claim below that they'd correct the misbehavior, this was just a show - they never spare a moment to follow up. The fact that i still receive advert means my contact is still in their database. I've no intention to have anything to do with this practice, and I'm updating the post so that more people could know how the practice is in reality. *************************************************** Three years later, now it's 2020. And the team still hadn't contacted me to solve the issue, when they claimed so..... not that it bothers me, at least no others need to go through the same scam.
