I am still waiting to be let down by these guys - have been providing nurses and Hygienists for a while and have always been satisfied. I don't remember ever having an unsuitable person or a bad experience with anyone sent to us at short notice and it is quite easy to book. The charges are competitive so as happy to use them as any PM could be when in need of a temp cover. Highly recommend them.

We have been using Dental Match for some time now and have always had a good service, their online booking system was a great advantage, however over recent months they have become very unreliable with their staff, calling or emailing the day before or sometimes on the day to cancel the booking or they email saying thank you for cancelling your booking (I didn't, you did). Their front of house staff are very unhelpful....When I received an email this morning telling me my Nurse for tomorrow was cancelled, I questioned it and asked why and was told "well we did have someone but now we don't" very helpful, NOT!

I recently started working with Dental Match and I have nothing but positive things to say. They are extremely professional, involved, caring and helpful. The whole process, from registering with them, until you actually start working, is very easy and straightforward. There are always enough jobs available to choose from, based on your own schedule and needs. After you locumed, you get a feedback form from dental match to express your thoughts regarding the job. If you were unhappy regarding something, you can choose not to go a second time. If there are issues regarding payment, they contact the Practices themselves and are always very involved and prompt. Judith is my contact and she is always helpful, professional and caring. I am overall very happy with my collaboration with Dental Match and I would recommend this Agency to anyone that wants to do locum work.
