    We have been using the software for a few months now and it has a lot of good tools. Unfortunately compare to some other dental software (Aerona) is very poor for pricing up and placing items, you have to calculate the discount for every item manually and place it which causes a lot of errors and a lot of admin time to creat plans and train staff. It makes the treatment plan very long unnecessary, specially for ortho and implant patients. We have tried to ask them to make this simple adjustment which seems very basic but they say itโ€™s not possible.

    We just migrated to Dentally, this dental software is easy to use and it offers quite a lot of integrations to help grow our business. It is user-friendly and also for patients it is very straightforward. My main person contact has been Adam Cairns, and he has been very supportive and helpful with all our queries as this is all new for us.     The conversion from R4 to dentally, with staff training and a little patience has been a positive transition. Excellent customer service and online support. All staff are familiar with dentally now and are finding it easier and more efficient to use. We have been able to streamline our reports and David has been extremely helpful with regular online meetings and identifying more productive workflows. All in all feeling very secure for our future with dentally.

    27 June 2022 Been running Dentally for a couple of months and it has numerous issues. The SMS communications is the main issue and is unreliable, the development team know of the issue but won't resolve it. ๐Ÿ‘Ž 1 August 2022 Dentally thank you for your response below, I have sent an email to you. 2 August 2022 I have been told from Dentally that the issues cannot be resolved for sometime and solutions are likely to be months away. I will update here when this has been resolved.
