I couldn’t recommend going here less. Dentist slammed instruments down and didn’t speak once during emergency consultation for a damaged filling infection, I wasn’t told what was done while it was being done, what had been done after… or any aftercare instructions. I may as well have not gone. They were rough and rude. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone.

Had a very similar experience as others. Rang them in the morning to be told I meet the criteria for an emergency appointment but they were fully booked and to ring back later. I rang back later told them the exact same information as before, apparently I didn't make the criteria for an appointment this time..... I can't eat, drink or sleep properly and I am in constant pain! Absolutely useless!

Shocking service plain rude staff who just argue and raise there voice while your trying to speak won’t inform me why I can’t get an appointment when I’m in that much pain it’s affecting my sleep eating and day to day life

I just moved to a new area, no dentists are taking on NHS patients and I need a root canal. Every now and then gets an infection which obviously painful. I phoned dental line and waited over 30 minutes before someone answered. I told the woman I am in pain my gums are swollen. I have taken pain killers, can I speak with a dentist, so I can ask for some anti biotics. She tells me I don't meet their criteria to speak with a dentist. ? And, when I ask what their criteria is. She won't tell me.?

Rude and unhelpful during every call I've had with them. Staff will intentionally misinform you of how procedures work to avoid making appointments or helping patients. By far the worst customer service experience ive ever heard of. Whoever employed their call centre staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Makes me ashamed of our NHS which I will never use again. I feel terrified for those people who aren't able to go private.
