I have been with this surgery for years, always find the staff helpful and friendly Dr Rahim Jetha, ensured an ongoing issue was fully checked and has given excellent advice on how to manage the problem going forward. I recently had a crown replace and he managed to get me treated and the work completed withing 7 days ensuring I could go on holiday with no concerns.

I had a filling in August despite having no pain or issues beforehand, but naturally you trust your dentist don’t you so I went along with the recommendation. I then had immediate pain from the next day. I was told on two occasions it takes time to settle, use Sensodyne etc. After 8 weeks I thought enough was enough and called back for an emergency appointment. I was given an appointment almost 2 weeks later where I saw another dentist (because the original one had left) who removed the filling and replaced it with a temporary one. Not only do I still have the same pain but I’ve been called on two occasions and told to make payment for the second visit to fix the issue that was clearly at fault in the first place. I’ve honestly never known anything like it. Shoddy work in the first instance with the filling and then proactively avoiding that the issue was caused by a member of their own surgery in the first place by trying to charge to fix their own mistake. Unsurprisingly I’m leaving the surgery at the earliest.
