  Avoid avoid avoid. Had composite bonding late last year. For which 7 of them fell out within 72 hours, was told it’s because of my bite etc. agreed I would pay more and have full set of veneers. Paid in full and was then had my appointment cancelled 5 times each time was a phone call the night before my appointment after all my plans had been made for that day. Really can’t see how this place will keep going, had 2 people come in there while I was waiting screaming for there money back. I’ve had my new veneers in for 4 days and had 3 fall out already so have arranged to go to another dentist to have this re fitted as can’t be bothered to waste my time trying to arrange an appointment with these jokers. Update: went to a new dentist today who was shocked at the standard of work. He put the 3 veneers back on already and said sorry to say but I’l be seeing you more often as the others will fall out in no time. 😩 he said the quality of veneer was also shocking and similar to what you would have done in turkey not London 😩🤦🏻‍♂️ Update 4th April: another 5 have fell out since last update. Very strange that none have fallen out that other dentists have put back on for me. Absolute disgrace of a company. Only another 12 to fall out then should be all be put back on correctly until I need them all re done due to the shocking standard of the veneers.

  Do not do anything with this company. I had bonding last year and iv had bleeding on my gums ever since and nobody ever could fix it. I travelled many times from Manchester and nobody ever paid for my trains or anything even tho the bleeding was their fault. The bonding is that thick on my gums ! Iv been somewhere else to have my gum checked and they said the bonding is irritating the gums causing them to bleed and impossible to clean properly. Then I was going to have veneers paid a 2,000 deposit and with the trouble I already had with them decided I didn’t want to go ahead. I cancelled my appointment one month before the date and asked for refund. They told me 14 days and now it’s been over a month when I call I get cut off when I go into the clinic they send me away. Iv emailed easily 50 times to the clinic and I’m either ignored or told they was waiting for a response from the manager. Having been 30 working days since they said my refund has been processed I am now having to take legal action against the company. Don’t waste your money or time with this company!! You will have nothing but trouble and zero correspondence from them. They have 2000 of my money and have not made any kind of effort to get it back to me. Today I am issuing court proceedings which is causing me even more stress !

  Disgraceful Company - I wouldn’t recommend anyone considering using these !! At the beginning communication was good and quick responses as they took your money. Then as you make arrangements, they think it’s professional enough to text you the day before your appointment to state that it won’t be going ahead. Third appointment later - finally got to see a consultant, there was a couple of people in waiting area and their experience wasn't encouraging. The consultant was honest and recommended me not to have them done as the veneares do come off and would need further trips down to London. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, trying to get a refund is impossible, I submitted a CCJ order to the company and the courts agreed for the money to be refunded, the company then emailed saying they have been having problems of some sort and then all contact stopped. 60 days plus later I am still waiting for my refund and can’t communicate or get hold of anyone. I am reporting the company to trading standards. I am just glad I paid on my credit card, so I could go down that avenue to get my refund. ### Absolutely Disgraceful Company##### Stay away from them!!! You Do not need all the stress of trying to get your money back especially after their consultants advice not to get the treatment. Think he was the only honest person within the company.

  Yet again I've been let down by dental experts again. Had my procedure in Feb 2022. January 22 my bonding came off my front tooth. Leaving a dramatic colour change. They booked my appointment for 3rd march 22. After paying £35 for train tickets they cancelled due to dentist being poorly. I was assured I would not have this happen again so rebooked 5th April. I've been called today saying my appointment has to be moved again. Due to referb. I'm yet again to lose another £47 on an non refundable train ticket. I can not state enough the messing about from this company is unsatisfactory. I've been walking around with my two front teeth different colours for over 8 weeks. They will not reimburse anything for the train tickets I keep wasting money on. Very poor customer service..... something needs to be sorted. I'd highly recommend to stay clear and look elsewhere.

  Avoid at all costs. I’ve been back to the clinic four times in one year for chipped teeth. I’ve also had 15 canceled appointments for them. I’ve rescheduled work arrangements to suit the appointments but yet 24 hours prior to my appointments they always get canceled. The dentist is always fobbing me off with there is a family emergency at the clinic. I mean how many family emergencies can one have? I will be going to trading standards.

  Poor workman ship, teeth have broken and they make you wait 6 weeks for a new appointment an then cancel before the appointment and rebook you in for 3 months later. But it you call as a new customer they book you in within 2 weeks. Absolutely disgusting. They try to get you out of warranty so you have to pay.
