I was nervous but he reassured me from the get go and ensured I was fully briefed on what he was going to do. He was kind and gentle and has done a great job on my broken tooth. I’ll definitely be keeping up my regular visits now.

I booked my first appointment (NHS) here as I wanted a second opinion on a tooth that had been treated by my regular dentist as it was a very problematic tooth and did not feel confident on the treatment I was getting. On arrival I had to make a payment of £25 before any dentist saw me which I've never had to do previously with any other dental practice. I was then sent upstairs to wait for the dentist, I had to wait almost an hour before being seen, with NO ONE coming to me to ask if I was okay or to apologise for the ridiculously long wait. When I did finally see the dentist she wasn't sure what needed to be done and suggested an extraction which I did not want if the tooth could be saved. So she said to go away and think about it, in the meantime she touched up the tooth with just a temporary filling as the old one from my previous dentist had crumbled and I was in pain, it was not a proper filling and the very next morning the temporary filling she done fell out causing an abscess. As a result I ended up in A&E as my face had ballooned... After seeing the dentist I came back down to reception and asked the receptionist if I needed to pay anything for the temp filling, she called the dentist but didn't get a response after waiting another 20 minutes for a reply the receptionist told me to go and there was no extra charge... Forward a few weeks later I get a call from the practice to book an appointment for an extraction (that I did not want) and aggressively demanded an additional £45 for the temp filling that only lasted a few hours, even though I was told there was no additional charges! I've since gone back to my original dentist who has referred me to a specialist at 'Pan London'. Avoid, they are only interested in money and up selling products, not dental health or care for the patient.

Recently became a patient at this dentist and I cannot praise them enough. I was in severe pain with my back tooth and they saw me so quickly and had the tooth out within a few days so that I could sit my exams pain free. I was super nervous for the extraction and Mitesh made me feel so comfortable - he took breaks and pauses when I needed, spoke to me throughout the whole procedure and really was so considerate of my anxiety. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all and was so friendly and had such amazing manner. Not just him but all the other staff there have been amazing, my regular dentist Karishma is amazing. I have previously seen private dentists before and they have honestly not been as thorough or friendly and considerate as the dentists here have as an NHS patient! I’m so glad I joined this practice and I would honestly never go anywhere else now.
