They continuously cancelled me and my sons appointments, they then couldn’t book us an appointment so we left it (all pre pandemic). I then called post pandemic and was told as we hadn’t been for over 2 years we are no longer on the books! All their doing. Over the years they constantly cancelled appointments, I even turned up once and the surgery was closed for training blaming me for them not having my number, the number they confirmed my appointment on. The Dentists were nice but they are all gradually going private. Sadly Dental care is becoming a class thing.

Fabulous Dentist, would never go anywhere else. The Staff are kind and reassuring for us nervous patients. I recently had to book to get a broken tooth fixed, I was booked in as fast as they could, the tooth was fixed beautifully, no more discomfort. My husband has had implant done at this Dentist, he is thrilled with the results. Keep up the great work team!

Multiple experiences at this dentist, some good others bad. The dentist Daniel is amazing and I wouldn't want anyone else to touch my teeth now, if he left I would follow him wherever he went. Some receptionists are nice, however some are rude and abrupt. Years ago I saw a hygienist there however they have now left me with a gap inbetween my side teeth which i absolutely hate and refused to see a hygienist since. The dentist recommended seeing one again, i really didn't want to due to a previous experience with them there. My teeth were left super sensitive the second time seeing one in April 2021, my teeth were yanked and pulled sooo much they are still sensitive 3 months on. Not only that my front teeth are now not lined up straight either. Which I absolutely hate also. I have booked appointments for the dentist turned up and have been told your appointment isnt today which I know it has been as I book it 6 months in advance write it down straight away before even leaving the building. I know multiple other people that have had bad experiences with hygienist there too. I had an appointment booked in for today but didnt get a text which is unlike the usual process so called before leaving for them to say my appointment isnt today again. It's in October, luckily it is only a check up however would of been more frustrated if I turnt up again today. (I was going to speak to dentist about how my teeth are still so sensitive this far on from seeing hygiensit) The receptionist I spoke to today was not the usual one and was not as nice and friendly as the usual one I speak to. My mum and other people I know have also had issues with this. The only reason I am at this dentist is because of Daniel my dentist and the one nice receptionist.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a good few years now and they’ve always managed to fit me in and do a good job at helping me look after my teeth. Tanvi Bagtharia (my dentist) is brilliant, so friendly and caring. Definitely recommend her and the dental practice!! I’ve included a couple pictures of my teeth showing how happy I am 😁
