I've been very fortunate to have had some excellent dentists prior to this surgery. Michal has been my dentist since June 2010, long enough to be able to say that she also takes a lot of beating in terms of skill and as a person. The receptionists are lovely too (in complete contrast to some of my previous ones) - so one gets the full package.

Unprofessional, they don't have any idea of customer (patient) service. They let you waiting ages before picking up the phone (if they answer), and put you on hold because don't have a clue of what to answer. They give you the wrong info and then expecting you to pay the consequence. Super disappointed.

Absolutely outrageous service! Driven 40 mi with 3 kids in a car for the appointment for my daughter on arrival they told us that was wrong booking and doctor left already and it was second time they cancel our appointment without any reason or call. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Here we go again!🙄 Reception staff changed from the fantastic staff they had for about a year now and the personal touch that has made this my dentist of choice for years is out the window again! 😡These new staff wont last they are stand offish and think the patients are there to make them happy in their jobs they just dont get it especially the new manager. She has no clue about customer service. 🙄

I have been attending this dental practise for over ten years. Over the past two years I have witnessed its rapid decline. The practise has changed management recently and it is evident in the current running of the practise. There is a high turnover of staff, a new hygienist every time you book and most of the long standing dentists have now left. I have had multiple hygienist appointments cancelled due to hygienists leaving, some even only a few hours prior to the appointment. This is all made far worse by a particular receptionist who is consistently rude, impatient and incapable of not giving attitude whenever you raise an issue. This practise is not fulfilling the local community's need and right to a basic dental service. The only reason it is still up and running is due to the lack of choice in the local area, something they know and are exploiting.
