Called for the emergency appointment. Being told that they will call me back in about 20 mins. They never called me within the same day. The receptionist should be able to check the dentists schedule and let the patients know that if there is any chance, otherwise poor patient will be keep waiting holding the phone, while they could possibly find alternative if they could let them know sooner. (Or at least call them to say that they can't make an appointment) 'Emergency' needs to be treated as urgent and a bit more care. If i cannot trust your 'We will call you back ' I will never going to come back with you. Very disappointed.

Dr.P is such a friendly person he immediately puts you at ease. He is also very thorough and asked plenty of questions to get a full picture of what I wanted. He made some mock ups which helped me imagine the final result of my treatment. In my case I want my teeth to have better proportions. Excellent attention to detail. Very professional. Couldn’t recommend him more highly. I know that I am in good hands.

He was very welcoming and supportive to help me overcome these feelings by providing a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Since that first day I have had many excellent experiences with him which have all been pain and worry free. They have included the remaking of an historic crown, root canal work and fillings. I now have no fear of going for dental work. I would highly recommend this amazing person to anyone looking for the perfect dentist.
