Ordered a pair of shoes that could not be delivered in time, have a confirmation email from 17 May saying it will be canceled and I will be refunded. Received an email on that shoes were delivered on 24 May, despite confirmation from customer support that they would not be, and have not actually had shoes delivered. Received the rest of my order the day after order was placed, issues with sizing and had to pay £13.75 to return the products. Have lost money in the process of ordering from this store and lots of time back and forth trying to get my refund. Terrible service, customer support and overall experience. Spend your money elsewhere! Update: It's now 30 July 2019 and I'm still waiting on the refund for my shoes to be paid to me. This business is a joke!
