It's with regret that I have to write this, however I had one of the worst customer experiences on your store in Bury St Edmunds today. I went into to inquire about having some drawings printed. There was a woman having some printing done, so I waited. The guy doing the printing totally ignored my presence..I had no idea how long I was to wait. The guy not once looked in my direction or bothered to give me any indication how long he was going to be. After 15 minutes, I simply asked how long was he going to be. "When I am done" was his rude obnoxious response. This guy could not be bothered and showed no respect for customers. In my eyes, his utter contempt for a customer has certainly damaged your credibility.

Edited March 2023 I’ve left my original review below, to show that the team at Denny Brothers were right in correcting the errors I made in the original review, which as a small business they were right to do. Following this review, I reached out to Joy and she invited me to come back in with my damaged frame. The team looked into this swiftly and made good the issue. I was bowled over by the speed of the service in making it right and appreciated the team’s efforts in turning this experience around. Thank you all. 5 star service! - Framing took longer than quoted (which was partially understandable due to a backlog, however had to chase several times), was more costly (without advising me) and one frame was damaged, but only discovered after unwrapping. Won’t use again.
