Hi I bought a clipper blade on 13 of February from Dennis Williams beauty in Leeds LS71AD. I tried to use the clipper blade but it didn’t work because scratching skin and pulling hair . We did all service but still did not work. I phone lady called LISA , she told me I will phone the wahl Company if they can change it for you after 10 minute, she phone me and told me wahl said we can not change or return, then I phoned the wahl I spoke to lady called Molly, she told me it is ok take to the shop they will change it for you, after I phoned Lisa again she told me I am not changing for you because wahl said not, she did not wants to help me I don’t know why,she was not good to me
