Disappointing service from Dennis Horton Skoda, Lincoln. Called them Friday 3rd February, regarding some Oil and Break Assist warning lights displaying on my dash. The Skoda Octavia is new and only 3 months old, 5,000 miles. No one available to discuss the issue. They said they would get someone to call me back. No one did. So I called them again Monday 6th February to discuss - they tell me they are taking bookings after 14th March, over a 5 weeks wait. Wow what a service! Advice was as it’s a warning light you can continue to drive it they said. Not impressed, especially for a new car under warranty!

Ordered a full set of rubber car mats for a 2015 Skoda Suberb..I hadn't realised that mid way through 2015 the model changed so when I tried to fit the ones I had bought they didn't fit.i needed the earlier 2015..Contacted the garage who advised me to send the ones I had back and they would send out the correct ones...within 4 days I had the correct one..Thankyou for the great service ...have used the garage before for my Vrs and have recommended them to friends for their Skoda bits.
