Just wanted to thank Sharon & her family for the beautiful flowers & displays that they prepared for the funeral of my mother in law, which was on Monday 16th January. Even Janet, in the funeral directors W.English of Bethnal Green, made a comment of “how lovely” the flowers were, after all for her to say that, they must have been nice, because working in a funeral directors, she certainly has seen her fair share of flower display. I walked in today and patiently waited to be attended to as there was a person being attended to. There were three workers there working on flowers. I was totally ignored. I eventually realised that I was being ignored, turned around and left. I will not return again. I have ordered from them before via phone and online. Thank you Denningtons for alerting me of your unprofessional service and for allowing me to access another florist.

Horrible experience! Went in to order some flowers last week and the customer service was terrible. The lady had her back turned towards us the entire time and when she did turn around she didn’t even bother to acknowledge we were there. Whilst choosing our flower arrangement she said she couldn’t do our chosen arrangement - no idea why it was very simple. She seemed to be very rude and looked like she didn’t want us there. Awful service when we are spending over £40! When we collected the flowers they were dead and are definitely not worth over £40. We would’ve been better off getting a bunch from Tesco - at least it wouldn’t be dead. Wouldn’t recommend
