Due to an unexpected bereavement, a paid in full order for a tilt and recline electric chair had to be cancelled at short notice. Dennetts (Jon) were very understanding and offered a full refund without hesitation. I always think it's the way a company responds when things don't go to plan that demonstrates their trustworthiness. In this case, the service shown to a first time customer was truly 5 star.

Very impressed with the delivery staff from Dennett's... They delivered a riser recliner to my disabled aunt and i happened to be there very friendly and professional service from these guys Matt and Chris showed my aunt the utmost respect and delivered the chair very easily through narrow passage ways and doors Both these guys were fantastic ambassadors for Dennett's and were clearly still following covid rules which made us feel at ease. Very pleased all round with the service provided by these unsung workers. 5 stars 👍

Very impressed with Dennetts. We needed an adjustable bed a short notice. John and his colleagues were very knowledgeable and were able to sell us a great product. What's more impressive though is the service that you get fit the delivery but also on an ongoing basis. In my opinion its this extra effort that has kept them in business for over 120 years!
