As with other surgeries, the wait for an appointment is several weeks, unless urgent, when you can usually speak to a GP the same day. The GP's are all very good, Dr Kirby has been especially good with my daughter, and I am very grateful to her. Reception are doing their best in difficult times, but some staff do seem more willing to assist than others. I have spoken to Despina on reception a couple of times recently, and she is very helpful and kind. Thank you 😊

I am writing this review out of frustration .My son has several mental health conditions .We struggled to get him an appointment in April and then changed to May 11th this has been cancelled again today .He is going down hill fast and the GP is our first port of call. The next appointment he has been offered is in June .Surely this is not OK. There is so much in the news about looking after your mental health and seeking help but it's just not available. Disappointing to say the least . We are loosing so so many people to suicide and you can see why .Our biggest fear

Called today to say I have been struggling with mental health been suicidal and needed help. 14th of April was the soonest the very rude uninterested receptionist could give me. I know mental health has always been low priority for Denmark road but that takes the biscuit. Update 2 I rebooked appointment only to have it cancelled again 🙃 nice one Denmark Road. Called and the reseption stuff where pretty unsympathetic as usual. I won't be getting an appointment until June. She even pretty mutch admitted that mental health was a low priority for them

My Doctor at this practice broke the rules. Confidentiality went completely out the window. A breach of my statutory rights. He was so judgmental, patronising, and his personal judgmental was to heavy and could of potentially caused many problems. I know this t9 be true as I was told everything he had said. Lots of what he said was incorrect. Last time I confide in a Doctor who possibly isn't yet qualified and experienced with people from all walks of life.

Always very helpful, nothing is too much to ask. Been with many GP practices with moving house often and this might be the best one I've been to. Also great working around a teacher's day! Thankyou.

I've been helped by Dr Mawkin and Dr Kirby who have both been very lovely and thorough in trying to help me as best they can. They were both warm, welcoming, understanding and efficient in their job. The reception staff has been very friendly as well every time I'm there. Their physio Ian is the first person in 4 years to have been able to diagnose the problem with my knee and help me in taking the appropriate steps towards recovery. Honestly a legend. Would definitely recommend. Best medical place I've ever been to in the UK.
