On 2 occasions I rang to get update on window order, Friday and Monday morning, was told busy will ring me back, 3.5 hours later after last callI paid a visit and it's there, why not just react quicker we are all busy but a 30 second phone calls makes all the difference, I thought of supporting local company as we have other work to pass on but not like this.

Happy with installation of windows. However, the customer service really needs to improve with this place. Not answering/returning phone calls. Very late/no replies to emails. Getting through to them or arranging to get something done is like pulling teeth! Really needs improvement.
