Absolute thieves! My wife legitimately presented some inherited jewellery for valuation to be sold. The woman who served her was very rude, patronising & had the nerve to hold the items to random until a £15 fee had been paid? This really upset my wife who had to turn to her mother to pay it. If i had been present it would have been a different story! I will be reporting Denhams to local trading standards. All the other jewlers in Market Harborough were very accommodating.

We've bought the odd bit from Denhams over the years. The employees seem fairly decent and knowledgeable. However, the owners/management are incredibly rude and let's say tricky when it came to a return. Incredibly unhappy with the quality of a necklaces, we were just laughed at. There are better alternatives in Harborough.
