First time we boarded our four cats at this establishment and I was quite impressed. The stay was good value and all the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The cats must have been happy enough as a couple seemed to have put on weight! So they don’t appear to have been pining for us!!! The drop off and pick up is a bit restricted time wise and so is the parking. But these were minor points. Be aware they don’t take credit cards.

I rang to enquire about a few things, I had some questions as I haven’t boarded my dog before and was “greeted” on the phone by a very abrupt lady- who didn’t even ask what my enquiries were and just replied by saying we have no vacancies til September. That wasn’t my question. Maybe some good telephone manner would be a good start. As a potential customer, regardless of whether this place had a good flow of business or not, I did not feel like I would want to use their services.

Our beautiful nervous cat was well taken care of and had a lovely time during her stay to our surprise. She was there for 2 weeks and it was her first time in the 12 years that we've had her that she's stayed in a kennel. She has glucoma in one eye and therefore needs eye drops twice a day. We could see that she had received her eye drops because her eye looked great. She loved her stay so much she didn't want to leave. We highly recommend Deneland for your pets. Excellent care, and good value for money.

Due to a let down of another cat boarding owner I was recommended by someone I know to Deneland and was told to speak to Mary. Mary was lovely and really flexible and I was relieved that her cat and dog home was very well looked after and was spacious too. It was ideal for my cat to stay for a week and at last minute as well and at a really good price too!! The staff were so friendly and considerate as well as I mentioned my cat is a stay at home cat. I will definitely be using the deneland boarding again
