Fist visit to this Practice. I spoke to Hannah on reception who was very welcoming and ensured I had an appointment the same day. Excellent patient service. Thanks Hannah I then met my new fav Dr Preston. Very welcoming with a smile and a sense of humor. ( needed one, with the list I had) Listened to my concerns. Again, excellent. Thanks Dr Preston I was then handed over to Pete who completed all the checks regards to my BP, bloods etc. excellent. Thanks Pete My personal experience was excellent, I thought I walked into BUPA! Overall: From start to finish, excellent. 10/10 for the ‘A team above’ Thank you 😃

Worst doctors I have ever been registered with I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, the receptionists are the worst of a bad bunch they are just plain bone idol. The only decent staff member in this place is dr Burgess but hes always off, dr Preston is stuck up her own arse and is always trying to rush you when you've been waiting weeks for an appointment. Absolute joke of a practice I would give it a 0 star rating if I could.

Please , please, please do NOT join this practice, I have had nothing but trouble which has affected my mental health no end ! Can’t get into see a Dr to discuss my issues put on weekly medication that is changed on different days with out my say so , Receptionist decides if you need to see a Dr , so I have had to change practice just to see a doctor

Seem to have a problem every time I call here for an extended sick note & a repeat prescription. Some receptionist are okay but some like a song and a dance about it. I'm told you can only request these online but yet when I say they done it last time & then time before then that seems to be no problem. Stop trying to argue with me over the phone about your so called "procedure" & just put the request through. Stop trying to be so difficult & just do your job. I'm aware that these things can be requested over the phone as my doctor said to do that.
