Just had Dencroft garages replace my old roof sheets with the drip stop sheets which appears to working perfectly at the moment, following continual internal dripping inside during cold weather spells over the years. Office manager Christine has been very professional and understanding in scheduling the work to be carried out and the two fitting operators Alister and Carl have done a first rate job and we’re very professional and polite and tidy in delivering a highly satisfying result. Very unhappy. We requested for Dencroft to provide a quote for a new garage. We were advised they would visit us today. We waited until 2.30pm and phoned them, we were advised that they would email the sales representative and ask for an update on when they will arrive but that they mostly conduct their quotes in the afternoon. We still have not received a visit (5pm), phone call or email saying they will not arrive or apologise. We have waited at home all day. Really poor service. We will not use Dencroft and do not recommend. ***For clarification, the request was made through my partner and this 100% did happen despite Dencroft's comment below. We managed to get a garage through White Rose Buildings who were very professional and our garage was completed within 5 months.
