An utter shame. The surgery as a whole is let down by an utterly awful appointment system and the gatekeeper reception staff. The practice also suffers from entitled people using the 3 disabled spaces thinking there's no issue with it because a) they have a child b) they're older c) they live in Milngavie or Bearsden and or d) they're running late. The GPs are the only thing that makes me stay with this GP practice as I have a chronic disability with other health issues too.

Unable to access repeat prescriptions or get an appointment USING THIS SURGERY MAY CAUSE DEATH OR SERIOUS ILLNESS. The Health Board should audit this practice as it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. AVOID!!! The receptionists at this practice are really arrogant. one receptionist Maureen is the most pleasant, as for the others they should not be dealing with the public with the attitude they have everything is a burden to them and their telephone manner abrupt and shocking

Absolutely horrendous reception. Appointment booking is an absolute joke. Certain staff are snarky to say the least, can't explain anything in a pleasant manner. They've pretty much been shut down only for "emergency appointments" since 2020, yes we're in the whole "Covid" world but come on, the rest of us have had to pull on the big boy pants and get on with it.
