I have been there just right now at 9.10pm. I am a neighbour of this area for 15 years and it was two guys serving, one taller and the one shorter and bold. In front of me I had an italian tourist guy asking if he could pay with an old £10 notes. The tender said no and I said to him "I believed" the old note were still accepted by some shops not expended by the Banks, so the tender could give them to the bank to be changed. I know now at home after googling that my thought was wrong and I was confused with this information, but my complaint comes from how badly this bold man has talked to me, he shouted me calling me "narrow minded, how long have you lived in here" "are you from here"? His face and manners were agressive he scared me so I left my grosseries and I walked off scared regards I am a neighbour of Pimlico for 15 years. Everybody was in shock of how rude has he been with me. He could have addressed to me the proper information politely, instead of this he yelled me to scare me. I am not going to buy there anymore. I wonder if he yelled me for being european noticed in my accent or for being a woman on top of that. Would you have yelled at man?

I would put ZERO stars if possible. Shop is listed as a DPD drop off, only the very relaxed, zero damns given, owner/staff, does not accept any of them. When asked what should people do when they carry big/heavy boxes thinking the shop should accept they say 'DPD knows and does not do anything about it'. Funny thing, a quick chat later, DPD says they will report the shops for not keeping up their side of the bargain. Problem is customer is left to fight this alone without any help. DPD Local - STAY AWAY, Denbigh food and wine - STAY AWAY, i am a local, but i am not spending a single CENT on your shop. I hope you go away, screw local shops if they do not help. Cry about the big ones taking over. Boohoo

Extremely rude and incompetent staff. After a while in the queue, in my turn when I said it was to drop off a parcel he laughed at me and told me to step aside and wait him to attend the rest of the queue. When he finally decide to 'assist' me, he refused to take the parcel because of the bar code, without even trying. I asked him to at least try to scan and it worked straight ahead.

Refused to accept my DPD parcel because it was 5pm and the delivery driver picks up at 2pm. My parcel was very heavy and I had to walk 20 minutes each way to get to the store. On the DPD website, it says it opens until 2300 and in particular it has an "open late" sign next to it. But in reality, you only have until 2pm, which is when the driver comes, each day to drop off your parcel. The first time I ever got a parcel refused at a drop-off point!
