Here are some facts about this company. 1. When you work through agency, they pay you minimum wage, but when you get a direct contract with Dempson, they pay 20p more...you can do better ! 2. In winter it's cold inside the production warehouse, the management will not switch on the heating so the employees have to freeze at work. They are probably saving on energy bills. 3. When it rains outside, there is a leak inside the production warehouse, and the management knows about it but ignores the situation. This is a massive health and safety breach that puts the employees under serious danger. That being said, the company will be reported to authorities and it will be audited for breach of employment contract and UK law.
