Pete's service and communication was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!! After originally booking for a lighting set up for our wedding (we had no intention of booking a DJ and were just hoping to use a laptop or our phones for music) we established just 2 weeks prior to the date that there had been a miscommunication with our venue and they did not have any form of PA system (we only found this out because of Pete being so efficient and taking it upon himself to contact the venue beforehand)! As expected we instantly started panicking and emailed Pete to see If there was anything he could do and he was an absolute lifesaver - he instantly emailed back to make sure we kept calm and ensured us he would provide a good set up for everything we needed on the day! Considering the panic and stress from our end, Pete did everything he could to ensure we had the best set up possible and we honestly cannot thank him enough! He arrived a day early to ensure we knew exactly how the equipment worked and provided the most amazing set up we could've asked for so we were over the moon with his service! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Demo Sound and Light and we would not even hesitate to use them again If we needed a similar hire in the future - we cannot recommend enough!!!
