Visited yesterday for a custom made to order carbon fibre steering wheel replacement. Forged carbon fibre top/bottom Perforated leather sides & Aggressive reshape Black alcantara airbag cover with black stitching & gloss black VW badge Black paddle shifter replacements Digital climate control upgrade fitted & a carbon gear selector with alcantara gaitor. Big thank you to Ahhadh & Bilal @demonized for all the help and support to get all the works done, their service is 2nd to none. They are prompt and efficient with their work and very accommodating to meet your needs, highly recommend and I will be back for further mods in the future. One year on since my ambient lighting fit, broken door card clips holding the window switch in place and also broke trim pieces in accessing the dashboard of my car due to an unskilled and cowboy like installation. If you want quality and SKILLED technicians Demonized is NOT the place to go. Not to mention cheap fibre optic cables which weren’t installed properly to begin with, unfortunately the marketing of this company creates an illusion of high quality when in fact it’s simply contractors who have no formal qualifications or proven records of their workmanship. AVOID AVOID AVOID

First time visit here and process was so simple and easy, had ordered my new MIB 9.2 screen and literally waited a week for everything to come in and was updated along the way. Once arrived I got booked in asap even though I was only available on a certain day they offered a time that suited me. Amazing place to chill and wait while your car get's worked on and it's all quick and efficient. 10/10 customer service and a nice touch with their aftercare, checking in on you and how everything is working after you've had it all fitted. Will be visiting again soon !!

1 Year Review for “Alcantara” steering wheel cover Got it installed in August last year on my GTI MK7. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The job did take a little bit longer than i expected , but all in all i was happy with the result. A year later i cannot say the same. Material is very matted and faded. The cover moves forwards and backwards when you grip the wheel. Started to peel on the right side too where the DSG paddles are located. I don’t blame this on the installation as of course it is a year later. But its not something i would recommend on a car that you plan to keep for a while. Ive taken the cover off now and really did expect more for the price. Not sure if the same can be said about other cover materials but for the “alcantara” this is my experience.
