Has no patience!!! She could not understand what my Dad who has dementia was saying about the measurements and rudely quoted a price which was extortionate! If we are paying that price we will pay where the customer service doesn’t leave us upset!!! Next time don’t judge your customer on looks and presume we can’t afford it!
