Once again incredible service in the Gillingham branch. I frequent the store every week and the shelves are filled to bursting with amazing items that are all really reasonably priced, the store is clean and everything is in its own little area which makes it so easy to navigate but the best part of the experience isn't the store but Alex, a helpful and happy member of staff who knows customers by name and takes the time to help them find what they are looking for. She is a total delight. I come back again and again, not just for the stock but for the experience, well done Alex, you’re definitely a credit to the company.
