Terrible customer service from one of the workers (pauline), bought two items: shoes and a jacket. I tried on the shoes outside the shop just to get accused of stealing them from the worker. I showed my receipt of payment and was “let off”. Later I returned to the shop to get a refund for the shoes (they didn’t quite fit) and the same worker refused after I showed them the receipt (which states i can get a refund under consumer law), for the reason that I “tried them on”, after leaving with the shoes I went back in a second time to refund the shoes, she refused again until I demanded she spoke to the head office, after this she reluctantly gave me a refund (whilst making intense eye contact), I felt uncomfortable doing this, it’s really put me off going to Demelza as a whole
