So gutted we trusted Delves court with the care of our loved one. Some of the issues we experienced included unexplained bruises, severe dehydration, significant weight loss, overmedication, failure to contact a doctor when needed, and inability to provide paperwork, such as care plans or incident reports. We moved our loved ones care to another home. Within a few weeks they gained weight and we saw hugely positive changes to both their physical and mental health.

Awful place to put loved ones, seems like the staff are scared of management, met management, did not speak professionally spoke about loved one as if they were just another statistic. if nursing home is ever needed will NEVER be using it again talked to us like dirt, whole attitude stunk. All we did was ask them to take a bag of things to our loved one, and they acted like we were asking them build the pyramids.
