Online updates/text messages regarding progress of build/delivery. Electric recliner leather sofa arrived and is exactly what we were looking for and we were happy with the cost.

We found this company online and they had a good choice of home cinema chairs to choose from all at very competitive prices. Although we were nowhere near local we took a day out to travel to the store to choose our chairs as we wanted to physically sit in them before ordering! We were able to book a time slot online to make sure someone was available to help us and chat through all options. The salesman who helped us was very good. Not pushy or overbearing at all, just knowledgable, helpful and patient while we took our time to choose. We decided upon the “Universal Ultimate” cinema chair in a curve of 5. We have been very happy throughout our waiting period, with regular emails updating us as to the shipping and delivery status. Today our chairs arrived! The delivery men were polite and courteous. They put everything in the room and set it all up for us. They ran through the functions of the chairs again and checked we were happy with everything before leaving. The quality of the chairs is excellent and we are very happy. The price paid was excellent value compared to other companies but I must say our experience from start to finish has been fantastic. Thankyou Delux Deco, we are very happy customers and we will be recommending you to all.
